Join us for a usability review of Athens based Pireaus Bank's online banking web application.
In this meeting, we will review best practices in self-service based websites including best practices in Banking Website usability. In this session we will also discuss user experience strategy for desktop access versus mobile banking and apps (Piraeus Bank currently has 3 apps available to customers performing withdrawl, payment and banking functions).

What is UI-SIG?
The Portland User Interface Special Interest Group is a group of internet, software and product development professionals who meet monthly to learn more about usability and user experience. Each month, we invite a company to present their Web site, product or application at our hands-on round table review meeting.
